Ocean House is located in the area of Protaras in Kapparis. The house is located very close to the sandy beach of Armyropigado with the Mad Snack bistro and the Fireman beach with the Kohili bar. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The house has two bedrooms upstairs, offering sea and pool views, each with its own balcony.
One bedroom is for 3 people and the other is for 2 people, each equipped with wind-free air conditioning. 2 people can sleep on a full-size Italian-made sofa with a comfortable and high-quality mattress. In total, it can accommodate 7 people and 1 child under two years old, for whom a cot is available.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, double-door American refrigerator with ice maker and all other appliances you need.
For entertainment, there are 2 modern smart TVs, a children's playground.
In the common areas there is a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Guests have their own quality sun loungers at their disposal. There is a garage under the townhouse where you can park 2 cars.
Towels are available for guests.
